How does billing work?+
Payments and invoicing are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. They process your card, handle tax, and send receipts. See our refund policy.
What counts toward my ingest volume?+
The logs, traces, and metrics you send us. Most teams stay well inside the included amount; you only pay overage on Team and above, and we warn you before you get close.
What happens if I hit my volume cap?+
On Free, ingestion pauses until the next cycle. On paid plans, extra volume is metered at a per-GB rate — no surprise service cut-off.
Do my whole team's seats cost money?+
No. Responders and viewers are free on every plan — seat limits count admin and editor seats only.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings. Changes prorate.
Is there a free trial?+
